Annual Reporting

Once registered to do business in West Virginia, corporations and LLCs are required to file annual reports due on July 1st. The filing fee is $25. LLCs can pay and file online. Corporations have to file using the paper form and mail. The state notifies you by mailing the report to the principal address on record around May 1st for corporations and January 1st for LLCs. If the annual report is not filed and your company is revoked or dissolved, you will have to pay late fees of $100 plus interest for corporations and $25 plus the report fees for LLCs.
